I routinely encounter clients that are confused about the design process. Visually, they know what they like but they aren't sure where to begin applying their vision to their brand. A great designer acts as a consultant, a teacher and an artist and can hold your hand along the creative journey. Personally, I like to know why something works so I understand and appreciate when my clients need more information from me. I explain my thought process and share pertinent lessons and experiences I've had.
